Hobar Publications was founded in 1964 by Dr. W. Forrest Bear and Dr. Thomas A. Hoerner and became a division of Finney Company in 1996. What started with a single book on concrete masonry has evolved into a publishing and distribution company offering over 5000 quality educational products.
